Dear Laurie,
A hearty thanks to you for our recent Total Positive Reinforcement Training program you conducted with Zoe. As you well know, Zoe is an exuberant, independent Jack Russell Terrier. That hasn’t changed. However, we are pleased to announce that she is no longer the head of the household.
From day one of our training sessions Zoe has responded to positive reinforcement which by now has shaped her behavior into a more loveable and well disciplined, adolescent dog. This task was not an easy one because when we adopted her there was concern that she had been abused as a puppy.
Roger and I are so pleased with the progress we have made with Zoe, thanks to your caring example and supervision. We highly praise this program and we will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends (and their unruly dogs!)
